This project involved a full rebuild and relocation of a community’s gated entry after ongoing congestion and layout issues. The original gates were positioned within a roundabout, causing backups and slow-moving traffic for residents and guests. Kings ACS designed and constructed an entirely new entry system farther down the main road to improve flow, safety, and overall functionality.

our process
The existing entrance featured multiple gate locations positioned inside a roundabout, which created constant traffic congestion. After evaluating the flow of the community, Kings ACS developed a new entrance layout that shifted all gates farther out toward the main road, allowing vehicles to enter without stacking inside the roundabout.
This relocation required full new construction. Our team built brick columns, fabricated new gates, installed fencing between the columns, and created a proper divider for controlled entry. Traffic spikes were added to prevent improper movement through the exit lane, and all gate operators and access control equipment were relocated and reinstalled in the new configuration.
Each element was constructed with precision, from brickwork to metal fabrication, ensuring the entrance not only functioned properly but also enhanced the overall curb appeal of the community. Once installation was complete, the system was wired, aligned, and tested to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
