our process
Kings ACS began by rebuilding the pedestrian gates that had worn out over time. Each gate was redesigned for strength and equipped with new maglocks to increase security. Alongside the physical rebuild, our technicians installed new access control devices and rewired the system to ensure clean, reliable connectivity throughout the property.
A major part of the project involved replacing outdated underground pipework. We trenched and reconstructed the pathways under the roads to create a stable conduit route for access control wiring. All wiring was brought into a newly installed fan-cooled NEMA enclosure where it was neatly organized and protected from weather and heat.
New telephone entry units and barrier arm operators were added to complete the access control upgrade. After installation, every component was tested, programmed, and optimized to ensure smooth operation and long-term performance.
